We just arrived back from a 1 night stay. we did the concierge level lounge for a little extra and it was worth it. free bev's, snacks, light breakfast, honor bar and flat panel HD tv...my kids drank enough and ate enough from there. pool is very nice and it was quiet. rooms were comfy and clean.Restaurants were expensive and /or limited in selections. we ate at Luxe- 4 of us. 2 burgers, 1 kids macaroni and cheese, 1 fish and chips, a few sodas and one glass of wine was $70 plus tip.WHOA! Their steakhouse was MUCH more $$$. Pool open til 11pm was nice, along with hot tub. Planes constantly fly over but you don't hear them in side, only when you are outside. Comfy lounger chairs/areas inside and out. Pool leads inside...check out pics. and there was even a tv in one of the ladies public bathrooms! All in all, it is nice and clean. Free shuttle to airport. - print your own airline stuff. Really didn't have any complaints about it except menu at luxe was limited and overpriced. Beds were only full size not queen. You get a better bed at the marriott courtyard on int'l drive.

This hotel was great, but I was very surprised and disappointed that you had to pay $14.95 if you wanted to access the internet (for a 24 hour period). Seriously?? Even in the business center, you had to pay the $14.95 for internet access. That is just kind of ridiculous to me. These days, McDonald's has free wifi. I have not stayed in a hotel without free wifi in years. It was very inconvenient. I did not want to pay their internet fee to just look up a couple of places, so I took my laptop to the Denny's down the street and accessed their free wifi. The hotel was great, the staff was nice, no complaints on anything like that. I would highly suggest changing to free wifi though.

After checking several hotels and finally deciding to stay at this based on the price, location and amenities, I have to admit that we were very excited that what you see on the hotel's website is exactly what you get in person. That was refreshing! The hotel was beautiful inside and out. Safe and staffed with friendly, helpful personnel. We ordered room service, worked out in the gym, got in the hot tub, indoor pool and outdoor pool and ate in the restaurant on the last night. The gym even stocked fresh fruit and the pillows and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed everything! It has a very contemporary look and the free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. You won't be disappointed.

This is a very very nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable (large screen TV and comfy bedding)and pool area is great. Can print off boarding pass for flights in lobby. Restaurants expensive but closeby to other choices. Probably wouldn't stay here if visiting Disney, but for all other purposes excellent hotel!!

The rooms are very nice, beds are very comfy. The pool was an indoor/outdoor pool. Near airport, but not noisy and can easily access the Beachline or Beeline Expressway. There is a nice lake to walk around. Probably not the best choice is you are visiting Disney due to the distance from Disney.
