Stayed here one night June 4th, 2008. The entire staff was very friendly and always greeted with a smile. Breakfast is extra charge. My room however had no hot water, water leaked out of the bath tub and saw bugs on the bathroom floor and mosquitoes in the room. Notified the front desk on check-out and also mailed a written complaint to General Manager. Will never stay here again even if offered free. FYI, there are many better options around IAH.

Hotel staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean. Located conveniently next to the airport, with a free shuttle departing every 30 minutes. Shuttle drivers were also VERY nice.
