Room was clean, bathroom was very nice & clean. Would have appreciated some kind of coffee machine or coffee in the lobby but...for the price, Great Value. Near the Airport, but quiet. Friendly and helpful staff and reception!

Traveling to San Antonio during Spring Break, the hotel was on the edge of town which was great to not be involved in all the traffic. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The room was very clean, although I thought it would have had an microwave and refridgerator it didn't. When we were there we noticed more families I guess the partiers want to be closer to the action, which was fine for us!! I would stay there again!

Very economical hotel but the room and the location are superb. The hotel offers no continental breakfast, but we found that the price savings allowed my family to splurge on a great hot meal at some super delicious local eateries instead. The coffee and hot chocolate kept us going until we got to a restaurant. We loved the place and would highly recommend it to any weary traveler that needs a great place to sleep and can hop a ride to some get some hot grub elsewhere. We will not regret staying here.

The inn was very easy to find considering that I am not really familiar with San Antonio. It was in a great spot there was a lot of things to do around it. The room was really clean and the comforters were brand new. The front desk was really nice and very fast service. My husband and I slept so peaceful that night. We loved that you can get free coffee and hot chocolate considering it was cold that night. I would recommend this inn to anyone it is worth the price!!!

My wife and I booked a hotel room for our anniversary night so that we could be completely alone and not be disturbed by one of our kids, the phone, everyday life etc... It was to be a romantic evening of fine dining, romance and of coarse making love to my wife. That is where our 5 year anniversary became a nightmare! The hotel staff walked in on my wife and I in the middle of our love making. This is unacceptable, not just unfortunate as the onine travel agency customer service put it when I called to complain. This happened not long after we checked in and the rest of the evening all my wife could think about was ""are they going to walk in again"" needless to say we didn't get back to love making the rest of our anniversary! I am very disappointed. The whole reason we booked a room was for privacy and instead we got an audience.
