I was there for three days and the staff was as nice as can be, the rooms were clean and nice. I have only one thing that I was not to happy about was the fact that I used the hot tub and now my bathing suite is faded due to chemicals. But I would go back.

We stayed for free (work conference), which was good because we would have been so upset to pay for this hotel. The room, and the entire floor, felt moist and muggy, and smelled terrible! We think the problem may have been the air conditioning....even out in the hall the vents were leaking and running down the walls. There was mold up on the ceiling in the room. The hotel has a listing of shuttles to downtown, which is written out very clearly at the front desk. We told two different employees that we wanted to take a shuttle downtown, and that we were waiting in the bar/lounge. They acted like this wasn't a problem. When the time came to leave for downtown, we stood outside and waited by the hotel shuttle. We saw the driver make several trips back and forth to the shuttle. We were standing right beside the shuttle, but the shuttle driver walked past us and did not make eye contact with us, even though we waited for fifteen minutes. When I finally (polilely) asked the driver if he was ready to go downtown, he acted very rude, said that he didn't know what we were talking about, and said that he had to go to the airport to pick up some hotel guests. He made us feel like it was an inconvenience for us to be asking to go downtown, even though the front desk had a schedule of times that the shuttle left! We later found out that you need ""reservations"" to go downtown. That would have been good information to put on the shuttle schedule, or for someone to mention to us when we asked about the shuttle--TWICE. The staff was nice, but the aforementioned experiences made the stay somewhat unpleasant.

I really liked the hotel. The bedrooms were really nice, the beds especially comfortable. Although, the restroom often made loud noises. The tub wouldn't drain either. Most of the young ladies working there were quite rude. The older ones seemed to be nicer. It was really close to airport which was good, and it wasn't too far from downtown.
