    Front desk horrible. she told me my room was down the hall etc. after geeting lost, i asked for a map and she said " i told you its down the ...

    Front desk horrible. She told me my room was down the hall etc. After geeting lost, I asked for a map and she said " I told you its down the hall to the left etc". Room: Window not sealed correctly and it whistled. Phone didnt work, toilet leaked water and the tv remote didnt work. I called maint and they fixed most of the stuff Food: Waited 5 minutes for the hostess, she never showed. Went to the bar and waited for 10 minutes and no one offered to serve me or get a menu. back to the main resteraunt. Waited 5 more minutes and got a bus boy to find the hostess. I did inform the day manager about these issues 5/1/08

    We were only there for a few hours since we were at an activity with friends but we found the room spacious and well decorated. The hotel has undergone extensive renovation and the results are wonderful. Everything in the room down to the shampoo and soap were top quality. Bed was very comfortable and towels were thick and nice. There were even 3 sets of towels in the room for two of us. There is a little lake complete with ducks behind the hotel which makes it feel very peaceful and serene. Weekend rates are very reasonable for the quality of the room. Their speedy checkout system is also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

    Check in took about 15 minutes. Only 1 person working at the front desk, he answered the phone several times before helping me. The service at the restaurant was even worse. About 5 minutes to be seated even thought they were empty, poor service from ordering to food prep time, had to ask for a high chair for our baby 3 times. Room smelled musty and there was construction going on in the adjacent wing. There was a dog show at the hotel. Dogs were barking all night and they were in the common areas, day and night. Overall poor experience.
