    For me I would not stay again. There was a hold on my debt card of almost $300 way more than what the room was several days after check out. We had a used bar of hand soap left in our bathroom to use. The parking lot is not a fun walk to the front doors with 4 little ones. Plus I would never pay $10.00 to park in a lot as this one. (Which I didnt)There was no comp. breakfast on the weekends. they kept the nice pool and fitness areas well cleaned up and stocked with clean towels.

    Upon checking in, I was asked for my credit card. When I told the desk clerk that I had already paid for the stay (billed to my credit card in April), she informed me (quite hatefully) that I had only reserved the room and charged the room to my credit card a second time. This mistake had to be cleared up with the management later that evening and the charges were eventually removed from my card. I also requested a high floor, extra towels and a mini fridge a week in advance of my stay. When I asked the desk clerk about this, they said they didn't have any more mini fridges, with no apology. I was charged for two days of internet service, and I only used the internet for one day. Another problem to take up with the front desk. I even left a letter to the manager on the second day of my stay, which recieved no response. The outdoor pool was filled with bugs and debri every time I used it. The hotel was very clean and convieniently located, but guest service and the general attitude of the staff were poor. Also beware the $* charge they put on your card for every day you stay there to cover expenses you might incur while at the hotel (phone calls, internet service, parking, etc.). They will credit your card for any of that money you don't use 3-6 business days after your stay, but this should be disclosed upon booking your stay, not once you notice additional charges on your card with no explanation. The shuttle drivers however were very friendly and helpful.

    Overall the hotel was very affordable and enjoyable. elevator service varied between slow and non-existant. i would stay again despite the inconvenience.
