I have stayed here a number of times when flying out of San Francisco and it is absolutely the best! They have a great park and stay package and take good care of your car while you are gone. The service is fantastic and everyone was very friendly. When booking the room if you are traveling alone they will put you up front to keep you safe. The food in the on-site resturant is very good. Returning from Florida at 11:30 pm, the shuttle picked me up within 5 minutes of my call and the driver took me right to my room and carried my luggage for me. The rooms in the main part are cute and very clean. After having a less than successful stay in a Tampa area, this was such a treat. I highly recommend this to anyone. Very easy to drive to as well!

08/12/2008Hotel was very nice...good restaurant on premises if you get in too late to venture downtown...restaurant open till 10p....upon arriving at sfo airport shuttle service very tardy... ...
hotel was very nice...good restaurant on premises if you get in too late to venture downtown...restaurant open till 10p....upon arriving at SFO airport shuttle service very tardy...took 2 calls and one hour wait...there were other best western hotel shuttles coming around frequently but not this location...if you have an early flight out the hotel has a great continental breakfast bar available at 430am....overall good hotel, but, shuttle service for this location is lacking..

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I arrived very late at night and felt very safe going to my room. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will be back in the area in about 3 months and will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our five night stay. Very organized hotel with excellent customer service from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. The housekeeping and groundskeeping staff even greeted us when we walked by. The complimentary airport shuttle service is organized, and runs every half hour round the clock. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport each morning, where we caught the BART train to downtown San Fran, and directly to the Oakland Coluseum for a Raiders game, making it possible for us to see all the San Francisco sights without needing a car. Just called them to pick us up when the train got back to the airport each evening. The bedding was some of the most comfortable we've had at a hotel, and never for this price level. High speed internet access was included, and when we had a connection problem with our laptop, they brought a new network cable to our room right away. The restaurant was also great- we ate one dinner there and the food was excellent. Nice friendly atmosphere in the bar, where we enjoyed meeting other guests, and the bartender was lots of fun, too. Complimentary coffee, juice, bagels, and muffins are served in the hotel bar every morning from 4 - 9:30 AM- they call it a departure snack. Also, despite the close proximity to the airport, we were never disturbed by the sound of planes during the night. All in all, I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting San Francisco!
