  We asked for non-smoking room but they gave us a smoking room. We did not ask for change since we just stayed there only a night. This hotel is very old and needs a lot of improvement. The room was outdated and the heater was an old style. I could not sleep because the heater makes a loud noise all night and could not adjust it to the right temperature: either too hot or too warm. The bed was not comfortable. The room we stayed has a bad telephone that made a funny noise when we used (buzz, buzz, buzz). No microwave and refrigerator. The good things are free airport shuttle and reasonable price restaurant. Prices for drinks were $2.00 draft beers, $3.00 select wines, and $4.00 mixed drinks. The restaurant food was excellent. Chief?s really know how to cook. Service was excellent. The morning continental breakfast was typically. Free coffee is offered all day.

  I found mold in my window sill after my grandson became ill. The curtains were closed and do to the lateness of the hour at check in, I did not take the time I should have to search the room. The manager blew me off when I complained. I called multiple times, and he said he would call corperate and get back to me. That was 4 mos. ago, and when I call he is ""not in.""
