  Given its proximity to Heathrow International Airport you would think that the staff would have a simple map available for guests who need to drive to the airport (to return rental cars for example). Instead, each person I asked offered to scrawl directions (turn right four times, no street names, etc.). Go the extra mile for your guests!

  This proved to be a delightful hotel. The Hoppa Bus was convenient in getting us to and from the airport. The hotel restaurant had great food and the staff was extemely hepful. It isn't a 5-star, but neither is the price. We've been there twice and will use it again.
