The hotel was super clean and super friendly!...They offered crisp sweet apples at the check-n desk and there was a NY wine tasting in the lobby....My room even included a card pledging cleanliness and signed by the housekeeper...I like that...The bed was pleasingly firm, the sheets were of a high quality thread and very crisp....Finally the room had a flat screen TV...would stay for business and/or pleasure again because of the accessibility to the airport...I used the fitness facility and as a woman traveling alone I felt safe....Great value for the money!

My friend and I were in NY to see a broadway play "The Color Purple", we wanted a hotel near the airport. We picked this one because of the positive reviews and we were not at all dissapointed. The rooms were beautiful, bathroom clean and comfortable, the beds were an absolute best with clean linens and comfortable bedding. There were adequate outlets in the room to charge multiple cell phones, navigator, bluetooths, etc, etc. That was definitely a plus. Front desk personnell was pleasant and kind. If you park on the grounds of the hotel, there is a charge but if you park directly accross the street along the fence, there is no charge. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay each time I am in NY.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband, mother and sister. The staff was great, and the rooms were in great shape and very clean, and I think with tasteful decorations. Internet and tv were working. The only bad thing was getting to Manhattan and back - which for us was a huge hassle!

Everything about this hotel is top notch. From the free airport shuttle service, Sunday breakfast buffet, the well maintain facilities, the helpful staff, and the shuttle service to Times Square on Saturday morning. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to New York.
