  Place seemed shabby and rundown, definitely not worth what I was charged; the carpets and ceilings are old and stained, furniture scratched and dinged. Rooms were very bland. No security on doors to the outside! Only a few channels on TV. Business center has 2 computers both of which were being used when I stopped in. Pool OK, hot tub smelled bad. Meeting rooms were large and accommodating but still looked old and shabby, lighting was terrible. Lunch first day of seminar (Professional Education Center) was awful. Shuttles were fine, drivers pleasant and helpful. Food and service in restaurant good but I was a little apprehensive after sampling the fare at lunch. Probably would not stay here again I've stayed at much nicer places for the same price.

  Great location if you are going to chicago to shop. hotel was nice and clean. i would stay there again.

  Despite lead time of two months, the hotel didn't notify me of the renovations going on. also, the business center never seems to be functional. what a disaster!

  I had an early morning flight and decided to stay at this location. The rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly. Room service was very prompt. The hotel has a free shuttle to O'Hare that only takes about 15 minutes. While the hotel is very close to O'Hare, there is not much to do around the hotel. If you have an early flight or are having a business meeting in the area, I would recommend this hotel. If you are on vacaction, the hotel is not centrally located to activities. I would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed a night before catching the shuttle to o'hare. the shuttle is a great bonus b/c it leaves every 20 min, 24/7. but, they were 'updating' ...

  We stayed a night before catching the shuttle to O'Hare. The shuttle is a great bonus b/c it leaves every 20 min, 24/7. But, they were 'updating' the hotel, and there was plastic on all the hallways, a little messy throughout. *The people were very friendly*
