The hotel appearance in general is pretty. The pool area is very nice with lots of lounge chairs, the water is clean, without overpowering chlorine and just the right temperature, and the hot tub is large. However, look close and be careful where you walk. There were dirty band aides and cigarette butts on tables and on the ground. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. There were also cigarette butts along pathways to the pool area. I guess the non-smoking areas rule is not well enforced. Also there was small food service items left on the table when we got there, and still there the next day when we left. I love the lounge chairs and lots of towels, but they did run out. The staff are very friendly but don't seem well informed. The TVs don't all work and you might get moved out of your room after you get there. There are lots of kid friendly movies available. The doors on the bathrooms in your room, don't close all the way and have no locks, they are loose sliding doors. We did find the beds very comfy, with lots of pillows. But...we asked for 2 king sized beds and got 2 queens. I honestly think either they don't know the difference or think we don't. Don't bother eating at the restaurant if you can help it, overpriced and mediocre food, and if you are from the NW, don't drink the coffee, unless you buy it at the Starbucks stand. I heard good things about the pizza served at the pool though!!

While the hotel is VERY convenient to SEATAC Airport, it's missing some simple amenities that would make business travelers more comfy. The hotel has NO room service during lunchtime hours, no vending machines or gift shop for late night snacks like candy, etc and no minibars. The rooms could use an update with flat screen TVs. Media friendly rooms would be nice. Beds are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly, the food is freshly cooked, although a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet is $19 and nothing out of the ordinary. In the future I would re-book at the Airport Marriott. On this trip, it was clearly for the Hilton Honor points.

We have stay stayed here 4 times in the last 4 months and each time our room was immaculate. The beds are sooo comfy. Room service was quick and actually pretty good.It is really quiet there. The nicest part is that is is just across the street from the Seattle/Tacoma airport. Parking is rather expensive and inconvenient, but I felt safe.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on a trip to Seattle to see the Mariners. They charged us $18.00 for parking (which is more than we paid downtown) and we had to walk for about twenty minutes from the parking garage to the hotel! The hotel is a complete maze. We will never stay here again. We stayed at the Radisson, which is right next door, and didn't have to pay for parking and the rooms were great. This hotel was a disappointment and the girl at the front desk was not very helpful when we checked in.
