  Complimentary IAD airport shuttle good. Front desk staff okay. Room comfort and decor good except no privacy drapes. Wonderful bed linens, king bed comfort and Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities. Room service sold out of all except 1 item after midnight and server seemingly not happy that I didn't add to the automatic 19% tip. We had an after midnight check-in and 6am check-out and 2nd floor corridor remained littered with room service trays and trash during that time and hotel management appreciated me bringing this to their attention.

  I stayed here on my 8th grade class trip and it was really nice. It is kind of far away from Washington downtown, but it has a lot of rooms. It doesnt have a very good breakfast or much selection of television channels but it was a nice place to stay. I would come back again with my family.

  I've stayed at this hotel many times and consider it the best in the Dulles area. Great staff, responsive to all requests. Very quiet hotel. Interior parking garage. Spacious, clean rooms with great bathroom/shower area and wall-mounted TV. All the data hookups you could need.
