For a city as big and confusing as Guadalajara, I was glad my family and I were staying here, it had everything we needed and then some. The concierge even located a private chauffered car for our trip back to the airport, which is a good distance away, for a reasonable price unheard of in the states. I would recommend this service over a taxi anytime. They have two very nice resturants on site as well as several watering holes, and close to many nice places. Get a taxi to the close places, but go with the private car back to the airport. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which allowed me and my wife our privacy and a large living room with a fold out bed for our 10 year old daughter, each room came with a large flat screen TV, and our own bathrooms, excellent!

I was a little iffy about staying here after the reviews i had read by travlers in the past. But, the name Hilton had to stand up to what they are about right? So, what the heck, i went for it. It was my first time to Guadalajara, and overall Mexico. Greeting staff was great. Checkin guy was funny and make me laugh. We stayed in the Club floor which was really nice. Comfy bed, nice Tv, great view. Overall a great room. We even had our mini fridge full of drinks including mini bottles of alcohol which i thought they would charge us for upon check out, but they didnt which ws great. The Hotel its self is within 15min walking distance from a ""plaza"" aka mall where there is lots of food choices and store to shop if interested. Overall its a great experience. Planning to stay there again .

We went for a family vacation and chose the Hilton based on previous comments from other travelers. I can validate their comments. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was available before the check in time. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed with the fixtures of the bathroom and the quality of the swimming pool. There was rust on the toilet and the water faucets were very hard to control. Water came out in high pressure and hot, splashing water all around the tub and the sink. We were 4 but there were towels for only 2 adults. The water of the pool was so murky that you could not see the bottom of the pool. We skipped swimming in the pool. Food was very good, their buffet was outstanding although a bit pricey, but it was all you can eat.

I LOVED THE HOTEL AND I WAS TREATED LIKE A PRINCESS!.. SILLY, I KNOW. HOWEVER, THE PEOPLE THERE MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WAS THEIR CELEBRATY GUEST. . THANK YOU!!
