  I was greeted right away at check-in and received friendly service. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were soft with plenty of pillows. There are several restaurants near by to choose from. We ate at Charleston's, where we received excellent sevice and delicious food. The hotel has a good breakfast selection, including hot sausages and french toast sticks. My only complaint is I had trouble with the wireless reception, but I just plugged my laptop in and had no trouble after that. The sign in the lobby said there will be some remodeling soon as well.

  Had reservation for king room, was given a single bed (handicap room). went back to the front desk and asked for a king room..was told, so sorry, we don' ...

  HAD RESERVATION FOR KING ROOM, WAS GIVEN A SINGLE BED (HANDICAP ROOM). WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASKED FOR A KING ROOM..WAS TOLD, SO SORRY, WE DON'T HAVE ONE. I HAD RESERVED KING ROOM 8 WEEKS EARLIER...WAS TOLD ""MAYBE I COULD GET ON ETOMORROW."" NEXT DAY WAS TOLD ""SO SORRY, DON'T HAVE ONE, MAYBE TOMORROW"" THE NEXT DAY, WAS TOLD THE SAME THING..I CHECKED OUT (HAD RESERVED THE ROOM FOR 8 DAYS.

  Reserved a king room 6 weeks prior, arrived and checked in and went to my room..was one double bed handicap room with hardly any room to turn around, manager ...

  reserved a king room 6 weeks prior, arrived and checked in and went to my room..was one double bed handicap room with hardly any room to turn around, manager said, that's all we have, so sorry will try tomorrow, next day, so sorry, no king room, next day I checked out, (after I went to the computer and they accepted reservations both nights for a king room). Will never stay there again
