we had no problems checking in, the front desk worker was nice and helpful when we needed to switch rooms. The Hot breakfast was awesome, and well worth the stay. Saves alot of the money. The room was cleaned every day and all towels and toiletries were replaced. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and easy to get to. Now the problems. The beds are very small. and the air conditioner in the room worked when it wanted to. and when it did work it let you know!! it was very loud. The pool was out of order when we were there, so they told us to use the pool in back at a neigboring hotel. We only tried that once. After an unruly T-ball team and there drinking parents took over the pool and were letting the kids jump on each other and other guests, we left. It didnt get much better everytime we checked there were at least 20+ people. Also there were alot of guests with children there at the hotel. They ran up and down the halls and played on the elevators,until the we hours of th night. (we took the stairs) when mentioned to hotel staff nothing was done. But that was only 2 nights we were there. The other nights were peaceful. Other than the problems with other guests, our trip was nice. This hotel was reasonably priced and the Hot breakfast saved us tons. If you chose to stay there try the Restaraunt in front of the hotel. Some of the best Hamburgers we have ever ate at this family owned and ran "Bubbas Hamburgers".

We went for the 4th of July weekend so the hotel was pretty booked. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to put our clothes in. The bathroom was a good size, it wasn't too small, although the door didn't lock, but at least it was clean.?One of the things we really liked was the fact that the hotel offered a hot breakfast, with plenty of variety. ?The location was perfect for us, not too far from where we needed to go, since freeway access was close, and the area it was located in was nice. ?I really enjoyed our stay, except for a little problem we had with the online travel website. The hotel couldn't find my information, and since I had printed out my confirmation, they were very nice and gave us a room, even though they didn't have my reservation on the system. At check out it still wasn't resolved because the online travel website had never paid the hotel, but since I showed I had been charged for the stay, they let me go without any problems. I just want to say how impressed I am by the way this was all handled by the hotel staff. Even though they hadn't been paid, they made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here overnight while visiting family. Hotel staff started out a little rude, but ended up being very nice. Our room still had trash from the guests before, and behind the bathroom door it was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned there in quite a while. Coffee pot i the room still had water in it from last attempt to use it, and when we emptied it and tried it , it was broken. When we reported it, they apologized, but did not seem surprised that it didn't work.........got the impression that they weren't going to replace it at all.??Walls are thin...........had to keep turning up the TV in order to hear over walking/running in the hall and TV from the room next door. LOTS of children there.

We stayed here for 2 days with kids. Hot breakfast alone was awesome and made the deal even greater. Staff are friendly and courteous. Rooms and facilities are clean. We felt safe and secure in this hotel as there's only one visitor entrance and backdoor entrance requires key. A big plus is the vast choice of restautants and shopping places surrounding the hotel. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the vicinity.
