Customer service was great. However, "someone" was strolling the hallways while smoking at 1 am. The doors do not seal tight so cigarrette smoke could be smelled from where we laid in bed. The front desk said that we would be able to switch rooms to somewhere else. But the biggest dissappointment, which I should have researched before reserving a room there, was that they charge $9.99 per 24 hours for wired/wireless internet. Literally, everywhere I have stayed have never charged. I would expect it from an $*-$* a night room but a Hyatt charging for that was a shock. I personally will never stay in a Hyatt again. It was a business trip and there was not a financial loss to me but there are many others that I feel that provide a better professional atmosphere. Good luck if you decide to stay there.

Was an amazing experience. The room was like a mini apt, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, the mini kitchen was equiped with everything! Loved it, miss it, definitely would go back there again.

This wa a belated Mother's day trip My mom wanted to tour the capital area in D.C.. We were very impressed with the layout of the room . Very contemporary decor' ,very attractive view from the room , lovely and well renovated lobby and bar with a very attractive koi pond in the middle. We sat and talked in the lobby for a couple of hours because it was extremely comfortable and inviting. I slept like a charm in the bed, never slept better, mom agreed.The pool area was soothing and I also liked the fact that the treadmills and epliptical machines had television screens on them............very nice!!!!

Everything was just cozy ! I took my to tour the D.C area for A belated Mother's day gift.She loved the hotel and so did I . We took the shuttle back to Dulles airport then caught the 5a bus to the rossalyn station The transit took us to federal triangle and that's when the tour began . The hotel room was very spacious very contemporary modern and the koi pond in the lobby was very attractive. The hotel is kind of tucked away from busy areas which is nice . I like a more reserved setting. I would most definitely stay at Hyatt Dulles on my next trip to Washington d.c. One more thing this hotel has state of the art excercise equipment . The epplipticals and treadmills have television on them.

08/21/2006Quiet, spacious room, although a bathroom fan would help...superb staff-friendly, responsive & efficient...pool is closed from 10a-5p on weekdays...very nice in-house fitness center...breakfast buffet ...
