My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a Friday night before a Saturday cruise.The hotel is very nice in the Marriott tradition, the room was comfortable and quite.The hotel is very convenient to the airport and the hotel shuttle runs every 15 minutes.I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and very close to LaGuardia airport with prompt shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. It would have been nice to have had some more conceirge service for people like us who do not have a clue where we are going. There was not any free continental breakfast available like I had understood there would be and the food service there was pricier than we are used to. I am sure others may find it just fine, but we are not used to those prices. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and good service.

This was our first trip to NY. It is a GREAT location for ease to LaGuarida airport. It's also very close to Shea stadium (about a 15 min. ride on the bus). It's an inexpensive option for a NYC trip, but the only "but" is the time it takes to get to the city. It's not horrible, you just have to plan for it. It's about a 15-20 min. ride to the subway station (get off at 111th street) and get on to the 7 train. If you're lucky enough to get the express train, it's faster - about 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, the train ride can be 30-40 minutes. We loved our hotel and we were so pleased. We needed to plan better for the transportation. If you're looking for a great value for your NYC visit - this is it. Great service, beautiful rooms, nice neighborhood. Just plan for a little longer trip to Manhattan, but not unreasonable! The only reason for the rating for the business center - the computers were out of service while we were there and the charge for wireless service in the rooms was steep. Other than that, the restaurant was great - and everyone in the hotel was so happy to help!

my sister, friend and Istayed there during christmas vacation. It was a great hotel stay. the service was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The airline lost my luggage and the shuttle was kind enough to take me over there about 3 times to retrieve it. Thanks for nothing American Airlines. The desk staff made sure when it finally arrived the next day they called me and kept it in a safe office. The bar and the resturant has very good food.The gift shop was very pricey but all we brought was subway passes. The only thing that was missing is the free continental breakfast. We had access to the bus and subway with no problem. Overall I recommen this hotel to everyone.
