Stay of 3 nights Oct 4 2009. Great experience. Good Location. Clean modern accomodations. Very good value. Had a suite of 2 rooms. King bed was certainly comfortable. 2 flat screen TVs in suite. mini fridge and coffee maker in room. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. we faced the busy intersection and I was slightly worried, but were on 6th floor so no noticeable noise when we went to bed Didn't utilize restaurant, instead went to others in vacinity on Mannheim Rd and Higgins. Location was outstanding for access to Rosemont Stephens Convention Center. And very close to some of the other large upscale hotels. Hotel lobby area was clean and efficient. there is a computers area for guest use and also printers. no problem getting on them. Shuttle back and forth to Ohare airport was running right on time. didn't have a car but it appeared thet there was a parking fee. you should check on that.

This is at least the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, and we deliberately select it when booking a package for a Chicago weekend through Travel on line the hotel room quite comfortable, and we enjoy having a separate sitting area from the bedroom. It is a good place for us to visit with our Chicago family. We have always found the staff courteous and responsive to our needs. The last few visits, we have not bothered renting a car. The shuttle takes us back and forth to the airport, and we have also used to to take the train into the city. We feel it is a great place to stay at a great price.

I stay at this hotel each quarter for business and have been very, very pleased. It is convenient to O'Hare, very clean, great service, and good food. I especially like the 2 room suites, even when traveling alone. It just feels more like home and the bedrooms are very quite since they are away from the hallway.

AWESOME HOTEL !!
12/26/2008Supposedly stayed for 3 nights, but due to weather conditions , my flight was cancelled so ended up staying for another night...not that i mind, its one of my favorite ...
SUPPOSEDLY STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS, BUT DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS , MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED SO ENDED UP STAYING FOR ANOTHER NIGHT...NOT THAT I MIND, ITS ONE OF MY FAVORITE HOTELS TO STAY. SERVICE WAS GREAT, STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING. COMPLIMENTARY HOT APPLE CIDER CAME IN HANDY WHILE WAITING FOR THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT. HOUSEKEEPING WAS AMAZING..MY ROOM WAS SPOTLESS CLEAN , EVEN REQUESTED FOR EXTRA TOILETRIES ( SHAMPOO & CONDTIONER) AND MY WISH WAS GRANTED EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY STAY...... AND OF COURSE NOT TO MENTION THE SLEEPER BED WHICH IS SOOOO ""HEAVENLY"". OVEALL, IT WAS A GREAT STAY...AMAZING ! BUT PARKING COULD'VE BEEN WAIVED ( 15 BUCKS PER DAY ), FOOD WASNT GREAT AND WAY TOOO EXPENSIVE ( LUNA RESTAURANT) M I GOING BACK ?....OF COURSE ITS SHERATON !
