For a four-star hotel, we were grossly disappointed. Our room was, quite simply, horribly dirty, run down, and had a horrific view through a filthy window. I was actually afraid to walk around in the room without socks. The first thing we had to do was find someone at the front desk who was willing to have an "engineer" fix the toilet that was running (swooshing, is more like it...you can't believe the noise). A rickety wiondow-type air conditioner could make the room cold but the dampness was always there. Anyway, take heed. Our room was just awful, and I think it is fair to say, hardly rates one star. Easily the smallest, dirtiest room we've ever had, and we've seen some doozies in our travels around the world, including third world countries. ugh. On the positive side, the pillow was comfy and the staff was super friendly and pleasant. We rather enjoyed the little restaurant and lounge. And the shuttle service was great. I hope other traveler's have better experiences than we did.

We felt the hotel accommodations and staff were excellent! We were in Cleveland participating at a dog show at the IX Center. This was the best, dog friendly hotel I've ever stayed at! Food and staff in the restaurant were also great! Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

This hotel was right at the airport with continuous shuttle service available. It was an older hotel but has been updated and was very clean. There is info on all flights from Cleveland-Hopkins Airport and boarding passes can be printed in the lobby. The pool and hot tub area is great with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Security is good, requiring your room key to travel to upper floors by elevator and parking is no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, there are no baggage carts available without a porter, and there was only one of those so the wait was long and we ended up just carrying our luggage in ourselves. There is a dining area but rather expensive for breakfast; no continental breakfast available.
