My husband and I stayed in the Europa for two nights from August 18th-August 20th. The room was not a very good value for the price. The room was small and there were limited amenities. There were no face towels and only two towels provided. There was limited room to put your luggage. You would need a magnifying glass to locate the waste basket in the lavatory. My in-laws, who checked in the same day and stayed for only one night received an upgrade to a huge room for the same price as my husband and I were paying. When I requested the same, I was given an abrupt answer stating that there was no availability. The Duty Manager did not even try to accommodate me by saying, "I'll see what I can do," or "I'll get back to you." She was curt and impolite. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Also, there is not hotel car parking. You must park in a privately owned lot which is costly.
