this is far away of a 3 or 4 stars hotel, carpet is dirty and frayed, the room was very dirty and smelled awful. The fridge was noisy and oxidized and no minibar we had to disconetc it from the electric breakers. Noisy room. The toilet was with garbage of the previous clients! Everything is old and with terrible maintenance. Bad service, when we claimed for all this, in reception they argued that they were repairing the hotel and we had to suffer it. Please keep yourself far of this awful experience, run away and escape of this hotel option!!

Hotel was run down with worn carpets; room was dirty with hairs and stains; no minibar; no wifi internet nor option to connect laptop, only a hotel pc for 3 euro per hour; drain in bathtub was blocked; in-room safe did not work (key missing); very noisy room.

Our experience at Tryp Diana was disappointing; it's difficult to find if you're driving; the printed information in the hotel room is inaccurate both in terms of simple things like pizza delivery and airport information; grounds are neglected and the pool is in great need of repair.
