  If you like to stay in hotels with a local flavor, this is one for you. I've stayed in many different Quinta Real locations throughout Mexico and this one is the original. The rooms can't be beat as they are all suites with a lot of privacy. The dining atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing but the hotel and food is pricey. If money isn't a factor, I highly recommend this hotel.

  The hotel provides excellent service and is located in a wonderful area of guadalajara. if you don't mind staying away from all the touristy attractions this place is perfect. ...

  The hotel provides excellent service and is located in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. If you don't mind staying away from all the touristy attractions this place is perfect. I always stay here while visiting family. My grandmother and mother refuse to stay anywhere else in Guadalajara.

  Reservations not there when we arrived,no longer a ""grand class"" hotel.looked down on us because our rate was way lower than their stated rate.front desk person started ...

  reservations not there when we arrived,no longer a ""grand class"" hotel.looked down on us because our rate was way lower than their stated rate.front desk person started trashing our home state of calif. on how it was bad to live there.

  Staff not knowledgeable about tours available. no maps on hand to assist in sightseeing. car rental did not show up, or even call.
