My family stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and had the worse experience ever.,.. where should I start? First off the property was FILTHY, but since we needed a place close to Jay Leno Show we decided to still stay. I got up to the room and it didnt look like the pictures to us at all. We went through and took pictures of the broken lights, and light fixtures, and the backwards hot and cold water knobs, and the stains on the carpet before we did anything. The night was pretty quiet, but the next morning when I asked for some more towels so we can have something to wash up with, the FRONT DESK manager gave me attitude and said I could only get 2 sets because we only have a reservation for 2, and I told him no sir my reservation is for 4, and he told me if you want for sets then bring him my reservation paperwork. so by that time I was pissed and went to my car and dug them out... I took them back to him and he said you said you had 4 adults thats why he was only going to give me 2 sets because I didnt pay for 4 adults. I proceded to show him the reservation and it said 2 adults and 2 kids. I was like what kids dont need towels too. But he gave me 4 towels and hand towels no face rags. Then he told me they better not be missing or else they are going to charge me, and he is going to inspect my room when I check out,,,, THAT WAS AN AWFUL STAY.... I called choice hotels and complained but all that got me was an apology letter... STAY AWAY!

The hotel was dirty and the manager unhelpful. When I asked to leave because the rooms were so dirty, the manager said of course you can leave but you have paid for your room and wouldn't be refunded. The next morning I was leaving for the airport at 6 am and asked if I could have a cup of coffee to go. The breakfast service was ready but closed off. The manager (a different one) said breakfast starts at 6:30. If you want coffee, have it in your room. You are truly better off sleeping in your car than staying there. It was a very disappointing experience.

This hotel was a tiny bit of a dissapointment but then again for the area and price it was okay. The location was a bit strange- behind a Jack in the Box and crammed in a little corner. But then again it seemed you could only get to the rooms via the lobby which seemed fairly safe. The room was fair- I am fairly tolerent and I was a bit weary. The carpet was quite stained and there was one broken tile in the bathroom. But the bathroom itself was fairly clean and the bed was pretty clean and comfortable. The hallways are wierd and cramped but not too bad. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was not too bad. The location was great. Very close to the airport. But also near railroad tracks and you could hear a very loud train go by every so often. It was also VERY close to this really neat shopping center with so many store I can remember them all but there was a huge TARGET and and OUTBACK which I went to. There was what looked like a pretty nice pool and spa but I did not use them.

I will never again stay in any Quality Inn due to my experience with the one in Burbank. Lamps did not work, the T.V. would not always come on with the remote or with the power button, the tub was slow to drain, the wall had torn wallpaper on it and some dents. The A/C was either ""meat freezer cold"", or nothing, so it was freeze, or open the window and listen to Jack in the Box drive through, I-5, San Fernando Rd., or the train, all of which were located within a 150 foot distance. Oh yeah, the one vending machine (soda) did not work, and several times the elevator did not work. I did not have to leave until 11 A.M. Monday, but I left at 10:45 P.M. Sunday night after my high school reunion ended (I was home by 12:30 A.M.). Nope, will stick with Best Western in the future.
