We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. The first night didn't sleep good because our room was on the bottom corner and the large outside compresser made so much noise and vibration that it kept us awake. The next morning they gladly moved us down the hall near the desk and it was much quieter and we slept great from then on. The bed was VERY comfortable, room clean and neat, nice shower, and hotel staff were ALL very friendly. Breakfast left a little to be desired. The waffles were good, but the bananas were half rotten and apples bitter. The staff said they had talked to the food service about the bananas but hadn't been able to get fresher produce yet. The hostess ladies at breakfast and evening snack were friendly and efficient. Would have liked a little variation in the choices (especially fruit) after a couple days.

The room and hotel were excellent, clean and comfortable rooms. The only issue was finding the access to the hotel from the highway. Once we figured out where it was and how to access it, we had no problems.

We have stayed at this particular hotel 3 times in the past 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. The staff are great and most accommodating. The room is clean and quiet. We travel with our pet and have no trouble with the staff on this issue either. Would stay here again anytime!! Only rated it lower because of all the construction and inability to get to the hotel easily.

This year we decided to stay at this hotel again for the fith time. My family and me were very happy and confortable with this hotel, the price, customer service and facility are excellent. We really enjoy our stay and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone thats is looking for a good and afforable place to stay. One suggestion, just stay away from Red Roof Inn by downtown in San Antonio, really bad place to stay even for a night.
