It started from the evening of our arrival and continued right until the Sunday departure. Their lot was ostensibly full, but we believe that rental car companies were parking there to the detriment of the guests. You couldn't find parking and were left to leave your car in the driveway or anywhere else there was a spot. The hotel was busy, but that's NO EXCUSE. In spite of having to play musical cars, they charged $* per night for the privilege. A total RIPOFF. We were in town for USC's parent weekend and this hotel pretty much ruined the experience. The rooms are advertised as UPGRADED and that's laughable. All in all a total waste of money.....Sheraton ought to be ashamed to say its affiliated with this hole.

STAYED THERE LAST OCT. 2 TO OCT. 4 AND I WAS SO UNHAPPY ABOUT THE PARKING RATE. IT'S $* PER DAY. IT COSTS MORE THAN THE CAR RENTAL.THE REFRIGERATOR COST $* PER DAY.SAME WITH THE MICROWAVE..WTF! IT'S SO CRAZY...AND IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO SOAK IN THE TUB,YOU CAN DO SO EVEN WITHOUT PUTTING THE PLUG. BECAUSE THE TUB WON'T DRAIN...HAHAHAH!

I was very dissapointed. The halls smelled like old dirty carpet and stale cigarettes. The hallway walls looked as if a dozen cats went along and scratched them up. The registration girl was not very nice unless you spoke spanish then she was very nice. The bell/valet guys were very nice! And accomodating. I expected more from a Sheraton managed hotel. The hotel and reception staff needs a remodeling!

As a low impact traveler I am mostly looking for a clean place to sleep till I can head back on the road. We stayed 2 days and the hotel was perfect for our needs. We didn't take advantage of any of their special services other then Wifi but that worked with no problem and little interaction. I would reccomend this Hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfrotable place to crash who doesn't need all of the extras that a more expensive hotel would come with.

WE STOPPED OVER ONE NIGHT. HOTEL LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. COURTESY SHUTTLE WAS ON TIME, BOTH WAYS TO AND FROM LAX AIRPORT. BELL HOPS AND DRIVERS EXCELLENT. BREAKFAST BUFFET AND WAIT STAFF EXCELLENT. GOOD VALUE ALSO. UPON ARRIVAL WE ASKED TO REPLACE DOWN FEATHER PILLOWS, FOR HYPO ALLERGENIC AND RESPONSE WAS PROMPT AND EXCELLENT. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN, AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO TRAVELLERS WANTING TO BE NEAR AIRPORT.
