What a great room and hotel! We were reluctant to book an airport hotel for fear early morning and late night noice, but this location, just outside of the airport, was very quite. The decor of the lobby and room was pleasant/recently updated. Great flat screen TV and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. The location provides easy access for seeing the sites in and around Tucson. Breakfast was a great, healthy choice. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The only downside was, staying on the top floor, it took for ever for the hot water to reach the shower. We felt guilty wasting so much water in the desert! We will definately stay here when we come back to Tucson.

I was pleasantly surprised by how genuinely friendly the staff was at this hotel. The room was clean and much larger than I expected. The furnishings were modern. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and fresh. It was a pleasure to stay there, and I'd definitely stay there again.

I was very impressed by this hotel. The staff was SO friendly!! I needed to add an extra day to my stay, and they were very accommodating. The room was lovely, very large and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet both mornings that I was there. I was very impressed with every single aspect of this stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

From the moment of my arrival at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Tucson, AZ. on Jan 16, 2009 through to my departure on Jan 20, 2009, I was positively impressed by the warmth and caring of the hotel staff. My biggest impression was that each of the staff that I encountered was happy to accommodate me. I was pleasantly surprised by the way each staff member would be so pro-active in making my stay an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, the living room was homey, and just a great place to sit and relax. But, the staff, I was just very impressed with the attitude of all of the staff from those who I came across in the morning to those who I came across in the evening hours. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to my next trip to Tucson,AZ.

The front lobby and staff immediately made a great impression. Getting into the room was easy. The room was UNBELIEVABLE. A full couch, huge bed (that was comfortable), bar area w/sink, huge TV. I'm 6'5"" tall and didn't have to bend in half for the shower head. The room was clean and quite. When I go back to Tucson, I'll be staying here.
