We don't travel very often but I have to admit this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. As soon as you walk in you can smell a nice clean scent! Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were huge! Large LCD tv, vey comfortable beds and even a sleeper sofa. I can always tell a clean room with my 4 year old. I have been in some where her feet would be ""black"" on the bottom. Here her feet stayed nice and clean. She had lots of room to play. We had a fridge to keep drinks cold. I really couldn't of asked for anymore. I know we will stay there again when we come back to Nashville. Thanks Hyatt Place and Thanks online travel website!!

The room was very, very nice for a great price. The layout of the room was great, the beds were wonderful. We only stayed for one night, but I would not mind staying there on a longer trip. It was about a 15 minute drive to the Opry Mills Mall, which was great. People at the front desk could have been more welcoming, but their not my main concern. They have express check-in and check-out, so you really don't have to interact with them much. Other than that, I could find no wrong and would go back for the quality.

Really enjoyed our stay except for the pool. The bed was super comfy, and the rooms very well-appointed. My daughter loved the decor and the swiveling TV with graphics for the in-room music. Staff was very courteous and friendly (esp. to kids!), and express check in was great and quick. Breakfast was good and loved the Starbucks in the lobby! My only problem was that the pool was not heated as I was led to believe from various websites. This posed a problem as swimming is my 4-yr-old daughter's main focus on a trip and the outdoor pool was pretty cold even in the afternoon in July in Tennessee. We only got about 30 minutes in before we got too cold. I would definitely stay here again with my husband for romance or on business, but might not bring the kids here due to the pool.

02/19/2008For the price, this is one of the nicest hotels i've stayed in. the staff was very nice and cordial and the rooms were clean and modern!
FOR THE PRICE, THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST HOTELS I'VE STAYED IN. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND CORDIAL AND THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND MODERN!
