Worst hotel
08/25/2009They couldn't find our reservation when we got there for about 30 minutes. the hotel is in a bad neighborhood. we had numerous homeless people ask us for money ...
They couldn't find our reservation when we got there for about 30 minutes. The hotel is in a bad neighborhood. We had numerous homeless people ask us for money right in front of the hotel and saw many of them digging through the trash dumpster at the back of the hotel right by the smoking area. The maid stole from our suitcase in the room and the hotel would not reimburse us for the loss. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The staff were not very friendly. The meals in the restaurant were expensive and just OK. They advertise a hot tub...they don't have one. Nor do they have an indoor pool as they advertise. The shuttle service was very slow picking us up from the airport. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I wish I had paid a little extra to stay in a nicer place.

The hotel is in an excellent location, minutes from the airport, rental car agency and also the highways to get other places. Not many restaurants however, mostly fast food. Ther eis arestaurant in the hotel we only had breakfast very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. The only problem was getting our room service coffee int he AM, nighttime order was not picked up one night, but they made up for it with plates of fruit. I would certainly go back!

02/09/2009The room had a horrible smell to it. i was ichy from the time i got into the room until i left. i dont recommend anyone to stay here.

Amazing hotel for the price. The hotel has it's own restaurant and bar, and the staff is very friendly. The shuttle is always available, and there is good WiFi available throughout for free. For the cost, it was well worth it. They even have a pool, but it was too cold to use. Go here if you want a nice place, especially for business. The restaurant helps pass the time when you're stuck indoors, and the food is great.
