  I have stayed in this hotel 4 times and it gets progressively worse with each visit. On my last stay they notified me that my room rate had been increased $100 per night on arrival and would not honor the confirmation materials I had. This is the only SAS Radisson that I have used that WILL NOT provide free internet access. Food options are expensive and terrible.

  For what you pay for this hotel is totally not worth the money. The room had stained carpets, and in very big need of renovation. The room was warm and never cooled down to a comfortable temperature. Concierge was not very helpful and seemed to only want to speak to me if I agreed to do some very high priced things. From the dated hotel to the bad service, I would highly recommend to spend your money elsewhere. The hotel would be OK if their prices were more in line with what they were offering, far from a 5 star!
