Every day at this hotel brought another service call. We started with a tv that didn't work, a stove that nearly caught fire when turned on; we moved to a smoke alarm that never stopped sounding, then the toilet broke, lights went out, fixtures had clipped power cords... The owners were nice, but the savings are not worth the hassle of staying in a hotel that cries out for a bulldozer. Do yourself a favor and find another location.

Room not clean, unsafe enviroment, if you book through online travel website they will not accommedate your request for down stairs room, because the staff stated the hotel prefer you book directly through them. Plenty of empty rooms, but would not allow us to be down stairs.Very disappointing, Will never stay again.

We have asked for a non smoking room. As we entered we were pleased to have a effeciency room that was non smoking. Apparently the person before us had ignored the no smoking part which we actually don't totally blame the hotel for. They can't control their guests. The restuarant next door was wonderful and convienant. The staff was great but no late check out. Over all a good experience though.
