The staff was very cordial and friendly. They attended to all our needs. It was only an overnight stay for a flight the next day. There is not a lot around - no restaurants - unless you would have transportation. There is a restaurant in the hotel - food was good. Room was very clean and beds comfy. Not a lot of amenities like pool, jacuzzi, etc. May not be best choice for an extended stay but certainly good for a short stay.

I made my reservation about 6 months ago for a room with 2 beds. I was traveling with my husband and two small kids. When I got to the hotel the front desk agent told me that all they had available was a king bed. They were so nasty and unaccommodating. That is terrible I booked my reservation 6 months ago and where were my kids going to sleep. They had no solutions for me but to get an additional room for more than the first room because they were sold out. They say that they are a smoke free hotel but when I finally went in the room it smelled of smoke. I will never stay at this property again.

This was a nice hotel for business trips. A small gym and a lounge was a plus. You can print boarding passes in the lobby, and the shuttle will pick you up within 10 minutes when you call from the courtesy phone at Federal Circle (JFK). Patient and kind staff.

My stay here was beyond amazing. The staff was very helpful and wanted to make sure the stay was more than pleasant. The room was so comfortable, beautiful soft bed, gorgeous large bathroom, and very cool TV. Definately doesn't compare to the surrounding hotels. Valet parking in gated parking lot. Breakfast in the morning was superb. Can't go wrong with this hotel!

If you are booking for the 1st time and aren't sure...be sure. Room was great, comfy bed, pillows, chairs, BR was big w/ great tub/shower. Staff was nice and helpful. Free shuttle back/forth to JFK anytime to transportation to JFK was super!!! It was our first time to NYC. Answered all our questions. We will stay here next time as well. Only thing we thought would be helpful is more tourist brouchers. They do offer nice map for transportation into NYC. I can't say enough great things about this hotel and its staff. Bravo!!
