  Dirty and stinky. My 11 year old son and I were in the Lower Mainland for a concert, we got in around midnight, got into bed right after we got there and watched t.v. for a bit. My son got up around 1:45 to go brush his teeth, and he noticed he was covered in bed bugs, at that time I checked out my bed and it was covered in bedbugs. So I called the office and they put us in another room, with no apoligies. And after about 10 minutes in the new room, bedbugs again ! By this time it was well after 2 AM and we were to tired to move again. After 5 hours of tossing and turning, I woke my son and we were out of there by 7:30. We went to the office to pay for the room and there was no apoligies given or even a discount on our "wonderfull" stay. $ 105.00 later, definatley not worth even $ 5.00 ! We wern't expecting much, from looking at there website, but I still expect clean and bug free for $ 105.00.
