Exceeded expectations

It's hard to find fault. Hotel is good looking from the outside, with a fountain in front, and the lobby is even better. Staff was faultless, friendly and efficient. Room was awesome. The layout is very smart, and the decor is fresh, new, and in my opinion, very upscale. A unique feature was not just the 42" flat screed with high def programming, but the panel next to the desk that allowed you to input 3 types of signals, from whatever source you have. For example, if your laptop has HDMI output, you can bring your own movies. Super well thought out. On top of that, the furnishings were top notch. Complaints? Honestly, none. The view didn't match the standard set of the room, but that's to be expected of a hotel 5 minutes from the airport! Finally, while flights may have been coming and going and I noticed them when in the parking lot, I was blissfully unaware of them once in the room. Highly recommended, and the price I paid was a third of what I would have expected from the hotel, staff, and room quality.

The Hyatt was certainly a clean hotel and I was impressed by the Plasma TV and seating suite. However, you should make it clear that you don't really have room service like a regular business class hotel. As long as you're having breafast, it's great, but arrive late and want some in-room dinner and it feels like your paying maximum dollar for convenience store food warmed over in a styrofoam container. It was good food, just lacking in the service and presentation. Otherwise, probably just about worth the nightly rate.
