  Stayed end of April/May 09 & can't say enough GOOD things about this location. The FRONT DESK STAFF and HOUSEKEEPING is a AWESOME group;and that's an understatement in itself. My visit was both stressful & emotional for me. I went to see my terminally ill brother & close out some estate matters from my Mothers' 2007 death. At times I couldn't handle the need for me to center all my attention on my favorite sister & niece. After returning to the hotel several days, the front staff ask if I wanted them to hold my calls from any females. Of course I accepted but, it was amazing they offered purely on observing me. On the housekeepers, their services and attention to detail is that expected at a 4-5* hotel. I get a smoking room & it was not stale as smokers are accustom to. The room was extremely clean; everything! They offered what NO OTHER ES offers; such as vacuum & replace towels. Again noticing my somber moods; we ended up talking a bit. AND BOY DID THEY HELPED MY SPIRIT/SOUL & EMOTIONAL STATE. I always stay @ ES's & I expected this one to be the worst, being near the airport & it ended up being the best! Also, only heard the planes a few times, when outside!
