The staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. The new remodel was perfection. The food and service in the restaurant (Brenner's) is very good, offering Lunch and Dinner. The breakfast comes with the room and is plentiful, hot and a lot. I look forward to coming back to see my new friends very soon!!!

My daughter and I got a HUGE room at a very low price at the CI&S when we booked with Travel onlibe. About $* less than had I booked directly with the hotel. Good service at the hotel. It looked like the hotel had updated their comforters and pillows. Staff is nice. Lots of airline employees overnight it at this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed 3 nights. We were very happy with the price in that staying 3 nights or more and the price came down. The rooms were very well kept. At the time we were there they were updating the rooms by changing the carpet and bringing in new chairs. The lobby was very nice and cozy with the fireplace and sitting out front with the waterfall. The lobby always had coffee & cookies available. Would definetly stay there again and thought the price was very reasonable. We have stayed in hotels that cost more and were extremely old and or dirty so this was a treat. The complementary breakfast had a lot of choices and in a great area which consisted of a bar/restaurant that served lunch and dinner.

04/07/2009Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. no one ever mentioned paying for parking until i saw the sign saying your car will be towed unless registered as a guest.

The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. I define good customer service not by nothing going wrong, but by the establishment making it right. We had a couple of trials, but the staff and management bent over backwards to make us happy. We had a lot of laughs and smiles. Thank you X and X (from the Celine Dion concert couple from Boise, Idaho)
