The hote was WAY above what I expected and I'm spoiled by Marriott. It was in a great location, had a great early breakfast, and the rooms were fantastic. It looked brand new. The staff was extremely friendly and curteous. They have a shuttle to the airport. I stayed in October and they had the whole lobby dressed in eary Halloween stuff. My grandchildren would have loved it. By the way the rooms are beautiful. It's like something you would expect at a big Marriott or Hilton.

Nice hotel but it was all non smoking which I didn't like. I also tried to get shower caps and shower soap, the maid didn't speak any english so we could not communicate I finally pointed to the amenities and there wasn't any of the things I needed.

My Fiance & I came in a day early before our cruise. We were very pleased with room (clean) & staff. The only thing I can think of that was not right ( and very minor) we had a little trouble with remote for tv, but the staff were right on it & took care of it. Awesome location for local resturants & convient store. I would definately use this hotel again

My extended family and I pick a college bowl game to attend each year. It is our time together since we all live in different parts of the US. I made reservations and specifically asked for connecting room and or across/next to each other. When arriving at the hotel that request had not been entered into the computers. The young lady at the desk was so kind and helpful I can't begin to tell you how far out of the way she went to please us and get accomplished what we were asking for. She did exactly that!!
We also had vehicle trouble. The water pump went out. The maintenance staff was genourous in loaning a hand and any tools that we needed to get the vehicle to a state that we could take it to a shop which they reccomended. They also were kind enough to pick us up after dropping off the vehicle. The rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Thanks to all we encountered at the Wingate. Keep up the good work, you are very appreciated!
