The king size bed badly needed replacing; you could feel every spring in it.
The handicapped-accesible bathroom had a huge mold patch on the ceiling, obviously poor construction contributed to the overall shabby appearance. Cheap floor tile in the bathroom made walking treacherous.
We sprang for a jacuzzi "suite". It is not a suite but merely a room with a jacuzzi in it. The jacuzzi was very nosy but worked okay. The small fridge was larger than we expected. -

I chose this motel because it was close to a meeting location and the Burbank airport. I was surprised by the value this place provides. My room was on the 2nd floor toward the back and was very quiet. For a hotel in this price range, the room was very decent. This isn't the Ritz Carlton but it was comfortable and very clean. Even had granite counter on the bath vanity and crown moulding. Fridge and micro in the room plus several HBO channels. No real amenities but if you are just looking for a good clean place to stay in the Valley for a rate lower than most other hotels in the area, this would be a good choice.

It was a nice place to stay. We were there for our daughter's wedding, so it was a nice place to come to each night. We did have a problem with a light in the room.
