We arrived for our stay and were told they were putting us in a Smoking room. I showed the desk clerk my CONFIRMED BY ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE reservation for a Standard, King NON-SMOKING room. He said "sorry about that - they made a mistake. We don't have A Non-smoking room for you." This was a pre-paid confirmed reservation. We argued with him, but he said it was online travel website's problem. We walked out. The clerk followed us out of the lobby to our car and told us he would put us in a Non-smoking Suite for one night, but would not guarantee us a room for the second night of our stay. He kept telling us he was putting us in a 'SUITE'. The suite consisted of a large regular hotel room with a microwave, frig and sink. The "bedroom" part of the suite was a room with a wall-to-wall bed which had no walking room around it, and a holder on the wall for a flat screen tv, but no tv. I attempted to call ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE but could not get an outside line on the phone. The next morning, the same desk clerk basically said - Sorry - no room, unless we wanted the smoking room. He told us there were MANY ROOMS IN THE AREA available, and when I asked if he was going to return our 1 nights payment, he said no, we would have to pay for another room somewhere else. I told him that since we had already paid for our room at his hotel, we weren't going to do that and instead, we drove the 120 miles home. It was all in all, a very miserable experience. We will never stay at this hotel again. This is bait and switch.

Very easy to get to from the ferries. Close to restaurants, liquor store, grocery store, Langley Event Center. Good breakfast. Nice, clean room with lots of pillows. Front desk staff friendly. Tim Hortons next door :-)

if you're not looking for a resort kind of hotel, i highly recommend this hotel for the price, comfort and location. everything looks clean and new. you don't even have to call for extra pillows as theyre all set in your comfortable bed...they're nice and fluffy, too. the continental breakfast is not bad at all with a variety of baked goodies...w/c they keep replenishing. the staff are friendly and helpful especially the night receptionist. the day receptionist is not particularly helpful as he's constantly glued on the computer but did not show rudeness so that might be tolerable. overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is fairly new so that is nice. It is not far off hwy #1 so that is convenient. I love that Tim Hortons is right next door. This hotel is great value for the money. Front desk staff are friendly and ready to help. Cleaning staff may want to ensure they don't leave any hairs behind in the bathroom. I had trouble with the internet in my room and they were happy to move me to a different room where I got internet service.

Hotel is a affordable with very fany comfortable rooms and great food. it seemed like i was staying in a very expensive hotel the staff is just great 24-7 they will prin tout you maps directions and anything you might need since langley is a very confusing place to get lost in.
